VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
The Vacation Bible School at New Road is an annual event. Brother Gochenour heads up the event, but selects a coordinator for the event. They work together to decide on a theme, teachers, materials and how to carry out the plans. From year to year the date may change with a large group of children. There is a lot of work to be done in preparation for the VBS with many taking part not just teachers. 2008 VBS Pictures
YOUTH PROGRAM
Our youth group is composed of all students in the 7th through 12th grades. Our purpose is “To compel a young generation to cherish Jesus Christ and extend hope to the world He died to save”.
Bible classes are offered for the Jr. High students (7th-8th) and High School (9th-12th) every Sunday and Wednesday evening.
There are many activities offered for the youth such as: monthly devotionals, lock-ins and campouts, summer youth activities, summer Bible camp and participation in the Bible search program.
Coordinators for the program are Ernie Albrecht, John Rose, Brian Gochenour, Steve Hancock, Carrie Gochenour, and Mallory Davidson.
